Is Christmas a time for joy?
Shouldn’t it be a time of sadness
as the one whose birth we are celebrating
has been lost in:
A multi-billion dollar military complex,
The ugly scar of racism,
The ghettoes and pockets of poverty
here and across the seas,
And a heart-breaking, disastrous war?

Love is a common and misused word.
But if true love is incorporated into your entire life
Then the use of loved will be rewarded
By the feeling of joy within.

Think about it.

Do something about it.
